Aging deteriorates and isolates. It strips away at our abilities and can leave even the most hearty and healthy among us alone, vulnerable and insecure. Without the right support, it can erode our dignity, independence, fade our sense of purpose and strip away hope. Meals on Wheels
Home delivered meals and case management to home bound seniors, 55+ up to 5 days per week.
Emergency Meals on Wheels
The same meals on wheels services provided for up to 30 days to a senior facing a crisis situation.
Community neighborhood Lunch Program with transportation
We will serve a nutritious lunch, social activities and round trip transportation to our community partnership sites for older adults 55+, up to 5 days per week.
